This is the info of the monitors that xrandr
gives :

Screen 0: minimum 16 x 16, current 5206 x 1080, maximum 32767 x 32767
DP-1 connected primary 1920x1080+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 530mm x 300mm
DP-2 connected 1920x1080+1920+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 480mm x 270mm
HDMI-A-1 connected 1366x768+3840+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 700mm x 390mm
