Improve Helm example

Motivation

We should have an easier chart to play with in the helm basic section.

Now, we are using bitnami's mariadb chart.

The chart should be:

1. Easy to configure
2. Easy to deploy
3. Fast for seeing changes whenever a config update is performed.
