The PHP internal team will take at least another decade to decide on annotations.
Annotations will be super useful to most frameworks out there

Either we could follow the latest RFC here
https://wiki.php.net/rfc/annotations_v2

or use the format used by Symfony/Doctrine just without the docblocks.
