Update to Tokio 1.0 and Bytes 1.0 #231
Description
We have stable Tokio and Bytes finally, we should uniformly use version 1 of both throughout our ecosystem; mostly the upgrades are needed in Quaint.
This requires overseeing or helping out with the following
- Upgrade tiberius (Update to Tokio 1.0 tiberius#110 + Upgrade to Bytes 1.0 tiberius#111)
- Upgrade tokio-postgres (deps: upgrade to tokio v1.0 ecosystem rust-postgres/rust-postgres#717)
- Upgrade mysql_async (Update tokio to 1.0 (fix #132) blackbeam/mysql_async#138)
- Upgrade mobc (Upgrade to Tokio 1.0 importcjj/mobc#48)
