Easy solution would be to use apply() and bed_(c)prodVec().
Hard solution would be to use a similar code to what is used for FBMs (cf. https://github.com/privefl/bigstatsr/blob/master/src/arma-prod-sub.cpp)

And there is the problem of missing values (cf. #298), so just implement with apply() I guess.
