Faculty need: list of enrolled students with email addresses

I need to obtain a list of students currently enrolled in a class in a format that can be saved into a spreadsheet. I also need an email alias for the enrolled students, with the list of recipients created dynamically beginning on the day after enrollment ooens. That will make it possible for instructors to communicate with students about the course before the course site is fully created and operational. As this moment, I have no easy way to contact those students, even though classes start tomorrow.
