Local time in Weather incorrect

The local time in the weather command is always 30 minutes behind actual time.

Is it a specific timezone that's incorrect? It also lists the GMT offset, does that match your expectations? I tried it for my timezone (chicago) and it was correct.

Doesn't work for Indian standard time (IST) which is GMT+5:30.
Maybe you're calculating by adding 5 and not 5:30
