Some links still points to `deislabs/akri-docs` repository

Some links (e.g. the Code of Conduct in the Community -> Contributing section) are still pointing to deislabs/akri-docs repository, we should move them to project-akri/akri-docs.

This might be a configuration issue in GitBook as I didn't find any direct link to that repository in the markdown files.
