currently Akri helm chart support two settings for the cert Configuration webhook used. 1) auto-gen self-sign certs and 2) user provides CABUNDLE. It will be great if we can allow users to specify certs for webhook that are managed by cert-manager.

This sounds like a great 3rd strategy for certs for the webhook.
