Reproduction steps

1. In TC-PAVST-2.6, the test step labels and script logic are mismatched. Hence Test step label has to be updated as per the Script logic.

• Impact:
  This misalignment between the test step labels and script logic can cause confusion during validation and lead to incorrect interpretation of results.

• Expected:
  Test step labels and script logic should align with the test plan.

2. Test case name has to be updated as per the Test plan. It should be updated from return "[TC-PAVST-2.5] Attributes with Server as DUT to return "[TC-PAVST-2.6] Validate SetTransportStatus command with Server as DUT .
