[BUG][TC-PAVST-2.5, 2.7, 2.8] Python script has to be updated as per the Test plan.

Description:

• TC-PAVST-2.5

1. Test case name has to be updated as per the Test plan. It should be updated from "[TC-PAVST-2.5] Attributes with Server as DUT" to "[TC-PAVST-2.5] Deallocate PushAV Transport with Server as DUT".

• TC-PAVST-2.7

1. In test steps 6 and 8, the script sends the ManuallyTriggerTransport command without including the TimeControl field. Hence script has to be updated to include this field verification.
2. Test case name has to be updated as per the Test plan. It should be updated from "[TC-PAVST-2.5] Attributes with Server as DUT" to "[TC-PAVST-2.7] Manually Trigger PushAV Transport Flow with Server as DUT".

• TC-PAVST-2.8

1. Test case name has to be updated as per the Test plan. It should be updated from "[TC-PAVST-2.8] Attributes with Server as DUT" to " [TC-PAVST-2.8] Validate FindTransport command with Server as DUT".
