Tavnazian Safehold: Despechiaire missing quests

I have:

• searched existing issues (http://project-topaz.com/issues/) to see if the issue has already been opened
• checked the commit log to see if the issue has been resolved since my server was last updated

For the sake of organization and tracking it makes sense to gather these in one issue.
The following quests need to be scripted:

• X Marks the Spot
• Elderly Pursuits
• Tango with a Tracker
• Requiem of Sin
• Secrets of Ovens Lost

(The first four are started by Despechiaire, the last involves him)
Please reference this issue in your PR if you script any of these.
