What is the procedure to clean up old images on Zot repository

We want to use Zot as backup or archival system.
Please let us know how can we clean up old images?

Is there any policy setting per directory or image based can be set?

@santublr Note that zot is a container image registry.

That said, pls see:

You could also call the DELETE api directly.

Hi @lictw, a fix is work in progress for the last issue you mentioned. We will let you know once it is merged.

The fix for removing empty repositories, for which all tags have been removed manually using the API, has been merged to the main branch.

The policies for automatically cleaning/retaining tagged images is still work in progress.
