-exclude-ports flag doesn't work with -top-ports flag

Naabu version:

v2.0.5

Current Behavior:

naabu -host zonduu.me -silent -nc -retries 2 -top-ports -exclude-ports 80,443
zonduu.me:443
zonduu.me:80

Expected Behavior:

No output. the -top-ports flag ignores the -exclude-ports flag

@marcelo321 that's an invalid example to run, there is no validation but -top-ports accept a value, for example -top-ports 100 or -top-ports 1000, with that said running naabu -host zonduu.me -silent -nc -retries 2 -tp 100 -ep 80,443 will result into expected behavior.
