Users should be able to freely browse and search all published works on the site. A page should be created for this purpose.

As of 187476f a browse page exists and functions. However, there is an issue wherein the link to the browse page in the navbar does not sit at the left with the Home link as it should.

Search still needs to be implemented. Will get to work on that after implementing versioning.
