I preheated my Prusa to swap out some high-temperature material, then started a print job, expecting that the nozzle and bed would cool down to the specified temperatures before starting. The nozzle did cool down but the print bed was still 20C higher than the set point when the print started. This is easy to reproduce.

As an alternative, you can set in Settings -> HBed on load to [No] to prevent bed heating when operating filament load or unload operations.
In your case the high temp filament has been loaded and by choosing the Unload filament menu you will be asked which filament type want to unload. It will preheat only the hotend and unload the filament. Then when you start the print the hotend will cool down close to the target temperature while the bed will be heated.
Please consider to close this issue, when this information is sufficient.
