My Memory Card Pro 2 is Finally on its way to me and have been wondering Does the current Beta build have GameID support and compatible with the Memory Card Pro 2? 8BitMods have their own fork of OPL that they want you to use by AppCakeLtd that does support GameID but I have noticed they are using an older Beta build so we lose out on any improvements and enhancements made on the Main OPL. |

@ButtonBasher92, you can write to the MCP2 developers to ask them to add a new pull request to the official OPL. You can also write to the OPL developers on Discord to ask them to add the GameID from this code. By the way, GameID is also required for SD2PSX and Retro GEM. |

Thanks for the reply, I think I will write to the devs yeah, would like to see this implemented as I can see the fork that does support GameID will be abandoned in the foreseeable future. |

In case anyone comes across this discussion. Memcard Pro 2 has released an update that detects what game you are playing regardless of what launcher you are using, so now works works flawlessly with the official OPL, you no longer need a special fork of OPL for it to work so long as you are on the latest firmware. Cheers. |
