remove duplicated assets on every release

This is causing LOTS of confussion on users.

and it must be resolved.

my original idea:

• Remove the duplicated assets wich have the version on the filename for tagged releases.
• Remove the duplicated assets wich don't have the version on the filename for latest tag 'nightly' builds

I decided to make this a discussion instead of a PR.

Since my idea is most likely to be rejected by @AKuHAK
