VCD USB FAT32 exFAT etc etc sec size etc etc

I have never been able to get my PS2 phat OPL to ever see my PS1 VCD files. Im not broken harted since I have a PS1 hooked up but it always irritated me. Anyone else have that issues & know 100% I was NOT doing anything wrong I check many different USB drives ulanuchelf see's it fine, Ive checked every single box [ ] all my folder's are correct, all my settings are right. OPL just WILL NOT view PS1 game.
