Red and green glitching lines at bottom of the screen in any game with progressive resolutions on GSM

• I have checked existing OPL issues for duplicates and found none
• I am using either OPL latest stable version, or archived version or OPL beta version

Describe the issue

Whenever i'm trying to load any game with GSM enabled, a glitching red and green line, appears at the bottom of the screen, and, some of the upper game, is missing
I had managed to remove it once, but I don't remember what settings I used 😅
What i've tried now and doesn't work
Deleting OPL config
Change OSD setting
Change every TV setting
