Describe the issue

Whenever I boot it up, trying to do anything in the file manager will result in it automatically and repeatedly going to the folder where the FreeMcBoot Configurator executable is. Then when I hover over said executable it automatically starts it up. I have found no one else on the internet with this same problem and it's really strange. If I unplug the controller and put it into another slot then it works fine, until I boot it again and it starts doing this. Another weird thing related to this issue is the fact that my other official controller seems to work just fine with WLE. As soon as I try using my SCPH-10010 it starts doing this weird thing.
