• If possible, I think it would be helpful to create a user guide for the two-way cross tabs. I think the one-way tables are pretty straightforward and easy to interpret, but I find the combinations of some of the crosstabs to be confounding. Should some of these data measures be compared? Do they produce meaningful or comprehensible results? I’m just not sure. For example, I compared mode share with the item about using cash with transit, and I don’t know what it’s telling me. I’m thinking a one-page guide that gives the user a sense of some of the combinations of common questions (mode share by age or race, for example), how to read the results, and how to avoid questions with ??? results could be helpful.

Similarly, there are some crosstabs that can’t be combined:
