Support for large feeds and other improvements #36

support feeds of up to 128 MB (many feeds like the DELFI feed, the gtfs.de feed, the Swiss feed and the VBB feed are larger than 5 MB)
in order to do that, only show first 1000 items and instead offer a filter field
support stop_time_updates without arrival time and vehicle (resolves log doesn't show StopTimeUpdates with SNCF long-distance GTFS-RT feed #30)
add (truncated) raw view (resolves add tab with raw GTFS-RT feed #26)
use FeedMessage.toObject because it supports null/undefined fields (delay!) and has no drawbacks (?) (resolves fix protocol buffers parsing #3)
