scene.4ds imports not all objects

Hello. I have an issue. When i'm trying to import scene.4ds file, it gives me this:

How can i fix it?

If you were referring to the city buildings (before the title edit) and other details, these are not part of scene.4DS. Additional items of geometry like most buildings, signs, trees, water, etc. all have their own 4DS models, and scene2.BIN/cache.BIN contain the data that tells the game where to place them. Apologies if I misunderstood and this wasn't what you meant.
