pulpbot: AGENT_REVISION to v0.1.10, matching the live image (#1647)

AGENT_REVISION is the startup banner only (agent-base/agent-entrypoint:104,
"on image $AGENT_REVISION"); it was left at v0.1.8 while the image rolled to
buzz-agent-pulpbot:v0.1.10, so the pod log printed a stale revision. One-line
deploy env alignment, no image rebuild. Buzz-path only.
