Seems a fix applied within electron, that ensures explorer opens in focus was only applied to
electron.remote.shelland notelectron.shellaccording to this issue.This PR causes
tree-viewto useelectron.remote.shellfor all instances of opening explorer, while still usingelectron.shellfor other tasks (such as moving an item to trash).
