Support private registry for DockerHub, e.g. credentials for login.

error when try to add field registryCredentials like the API using digitalocean UI

error: digitalocean:index/app:App resource 'ui' has a problem: Invalid or unknown key. Examine values at 'ui.spec.services[0].image.registryCredentials'.

Hi @namqdam. Thanks for letting us know about this feature. This provider is based on terraform-provider-digitalocean, which is maintained by digitalocean. We will support this feature as soon as terraform-provider-digitalocean does.
