Panel members: ask some of the speakers, etc. stick to women.
Need: volunteer for facilitator to keep track of time, people asking questions, etc.
General topic: experience of females in the IT industry
Topics to cover:
- General info about panel
- intro to the people
- what challenges have you encountered?
- appearance issues, clothing, etc. double standards, how to fit in, etc?
- interview strategies/issues
- working closely with men
- networking issues, how to get connected?
- self educating resources
