Give examples on how the pymbe dataframe works
Explain how to setup particles with acid/base properties, link to the perspective tutorial in Monte Carlo methods Create a Tutorial on the Grand-Reaction Method #7
Improve all the schematics, make it match with the current art in our manuscript
