I've seen a few build "failed after 360 minutes" (which is 6h getting stuck), and consuming CI.
it's rare, but should we have a shorter timeout in general for jobs ?

Not sure why this is happening but yes.

Based on the type of tests and CI workflows we run I doubt we need to go over 1-2 hours to be fair
