Version 3.6.5 is available.

We are proud to announce version 3.6.5, with more than 40 pull requests merged and also a couple of new contributors.

Thanks to everyone for making this possible.

Most of the changes in 3.6.5 are bug fixes and a lot more testing.

There are three important change:

• repl have been moved to its own repository.
• framers have been refactored (basically just code moved around) to allow integration of a new message layer.
• message layer have been added (but yet very limited active).

During upload to pypi a problem was reported with "repl", which means users will have to install repl manually from the repl repository #2069 have been opened.
