Incompatible environments

I used hatch new to create a dummy project that is available here. When I run hatch run all:test, the tests run successfully with Python 3.9 and 3.11, but I get the following error for the remaining versions in the matrix:

Skipped 3 incompatible environments:
all.py3.7 -> cannot locate Python: 3.7
all.py3.8 -> cannot locate Python: 3.8
all.py3.10 -> cannot locate Python: 3.10

Any suggestions? I see that there was a similar discussion earlier, but the link is broken for the solution that @ofek provided.

Never mind: I realized that Hatch could not locate these versions because they were not installed on my machine.
