Hmm... This was/is an aspirational plan to have a cross-PyPA test suite. Not sure what the state of the plan is.

No maintainer (besides me) of pypa was interested in contributing... So it's looking for maintainers. It's definitely something we should do... There's no replacement for it, yet...
