Add classifier for Topic :: Software Development :: Configuration

There are many configuration/settings libraries, I am the maintainer of https://dynaconf.com / https://github.com/rochacbruno/dynaconf

I want to add Topic :: Software Development :: Configuration to the list of classifiers and this will help linking alternatives to the users on the docs.

Could you describe the topic more precisely? I think that «configuration» is a very vague term:

• could describe libraries for parsing config files edited by end users (configparser, etc)
• or libraries for server applications to configure themselves with settings and secrets (django-environ, etc)
• or even server management tools (ansible, salt…)
• or why not version control software, sometimes strangely called software configuration management!
