Improve student recruitment

• write on core-mentorship, and other ML/social media (e.g. twitter)
• possibly contact directly students that have contributed in the past

Note from me:

I'd love to see more diverse recruitment -- Arc used to do some visits to colleges and the like recruiting black students and women in the US. If anyone's able to help put together packages of info or make visits, this would be cool to do again (the program is already so large that it eats all my volunteer time during the months where we'd want to do this, but I'm happy to help with prep or enable others to go out in any way I can!)
