AGPL3? It's the only license I know of that is specifically designed for web services.

But would contributors would be happy submitting roles under a license that allows them to be modified and redistributed (eg. by recruiters)? It might be better to explicitly license listings under a less permissive license, say cc-by-nd.

I like this - all code will be AGPL3, all content will be CC-BY-ND. We can add a badge to the content pages + a FAQ section.
