When groups include/exclude used in xml configuration, ResultUpdator not awaiting for completion of pending results to update in test management tool.

Introduced #359 with multiple suites. As termination taken care in shutdown hook it should work properly. If this issues reopened with fix of #359 we may need to discontinue supporting multiple suites because there are rare use of multiple suites in XML.
