Installing the querynator=0.3.3 in a conda environment from the bioconda channel with python=3.9 will result in ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'civicpy' error. The site-packages of civicpy are not correctly installed when using bioconda.
However, if it is installed via pip or from bioconda with python=3.10 it will work. Also the biocontainer quay.io/biocontainers/querynator:0.3.3--pyh7cba7a3_0 is working fine.
