Hi,
for Windows 10 and 11 users who are reluctant to install a VM like VirtualBox, its easy to run QCxMS under Windows
with the Windows subsystem for Linux (WSL), there are lot of tutorials how to install it, but its a one liner in the command line (cmd.exe executed as Administrator) that installs the WSL in this case with Ubuntu by default.
And then QCxMS just runs in another Windows window after downloading the latest QCxMS LINUX binaries, with all the Windows tools available to copy trajectories, analyze spectra etc. Very convenient, because files can be directly accessed with the Windows Explorer.
