在添加CINATRA_ENABLE_GZIP后，编译不通过，原因可能是CINATRA_ENABLE_GZIP控制的代码依赖res_content_type，但是它已经被重命名为req_content_type，不过有两个地方漏掉了。

另外修复了之后代码依然有问题，看起来是set_status_and_content方法中，当CINATRA_ENABLE_GZIP打开后，else语句控制范围导致的。

想问一下gzip这个功能是否经过测试呢？其他部分用起来真的很棒。
