iperf3 speed test NSS is invalid and not working

Issue Description

iperf3 speed test [iperf3 -c 192.168.5.1 -p 5201 -t 60 -i 2 -P 4] Wired CPU usage 70-80%, Wireless CPU usage 70-100%, there is a problem with the NSS acceleration side，iperf3 directly installed on OpenWRT, with the test device being Redmi AX6，However, when the QSDK firmware is running at full speed [wired: approximately 117/s, WIFI: 120-150M/s], the CPU usage is only between 35-50%
