Platform
How were you accessing the qri frontend?
[ ] app.qri.io
[ ] electron app
[x] dev webapp

Version
What version of the Qri frontend are you using?
0.7.2

Describe the bug
If you've never opened the app before, and you don't have qri running, instead of showing you the loading screen, it shows you the "Welcome to Qri". Then when The "you don't have a qri backend running" screen shows up, it has the wrong details to get it working.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
When you open the app, and don't have qri running, the "Welcome to Qri" page should not load, until you have qri connected. Once the "you don't have qri connected" page loads, include the correct instructions (qri connect --disable-webapp => qri connect)
