Running mypy==1.9.0 with dicttoxml==1.7.16:

foo.py:7:1: error: Skipping analyzing "dicttoxml": module is installed, but missing library stubs or py.typed marker  [import-untyped]
    import dicttoxml
    ^

It would be nice to add py.typed metadata for mypy
