Interest in Java port of Python Tantivy libraries #2688
Description
I am reaching out to see if there is interest in a Java port of Tantivy-py I created.
Motivation: The library was built for an experiment integrating Tantivy and Quickwit with Apache Spark.
Status: It is a comprehensive java port of the original python integration library.
Goal: I would be happy to donate the code to the open-source tantivy/quickwit effort if it is deemed valuable.
