Create labels and categories

Create a simple taxonomy and visual labeling system. I'd like to classify/label by:

• minimum recommended age: +12, +15, +18...
• previous knowledge: none, basic programming, intermediate programming, etc.
• access: free, freemium, subscription, non-free
• reviewed/not reviewed
• interactive
• videos
• etc.

Select emojis (GitHub markdown flavour) like in awesome-mac repo or create badges with shields.io and store them in badges directory.
