Sync Rackspace Ceilometer chart changes with OpenStack-Helm upstream

Hi team,

I noticed that the Ceilometer Helm chart in the main OpenStack-Helm project has not been actively updated or maintained for quite some time. Meanwhile, Rackspace has made some changes to the Ceilometer chart which are currently stored in this repository (genestack).

To ensure the broader community benefits and to avoid duplication of effort, would it be possible to contribute these Rackspace-specific updates upstream to the OpenStack-Helm main project?

This would:

• Improve usability of the Ceilometer chart for everyone.
• Reduce divergence between this repo and the upstream OpenStack-Helm charts.
• Help keep the chart maintained and aligned with current OpenStack practices.

Can the Rackspace team consider contributing these changes upstream?
If there are blockers or reasons for keeping the changes only here, could you share them so the community can help?

I've also noticed this with Gnocchi charts as well, probably needs a facelift same as ceilometer upstream. If you have potential changes please reach out to me at zain.marvi@rackspace.com we can discuss, as ill be working to get the telemetry service charts patched properly.
