Set up render-drawio-action in bmc-experiments

What is the status of https://github.com/racklet/render-drawio-action @chiplet? If it is ready, integration should be enabled in this repository for rendering helpful visualizations in the guides.

I think @luxas set up the render-drawio-action in racklet/racklet. I've only been working inside draw.io itself after the action had already been set up. 🤔
