Installation on Debian

To install slurm-web 2.0.0 on Debian 8.0+, download the following deps:

https://people.debian.org/~ana/slurmweb/

Then, for Jessie 8.0 release, download the following packages from Stretch release:

https://packages.debian.org/stretch/all/libjs-requirejs/download https://packages.debian.org/stretch/all/libjs-requirejs-text/download

Finally install pyslurm and slurm-web.
