With Homebrew/legacy-homebrew#42827 looking like it's going to be merged soon, hopefully it'll be even easier for another group of people to install rack. It's customary to provide some suggestions for new users. rack init seems to fit that bill perfectly. Depending on the resolution of #368, it might be best to unconditionally install the man page and suggest rack init bash-completion or whatever syntax we end up deciding on.
