[QtMoko v55 GTA02] ogg ringtone not reproduced #152

In QtMoko v55 I can set an mp3 files as a ringtone or alarm, but not an ogg file because it isn't reproduced. Ogg files are however correctly played with media players. QtMoko codecs are installed.
